The Marvão International Music Festival (hereinafter referred to as Marvão Music) is the entity responsible for the collection and processing of personal data and may, within the scope of its activity, use entities subcontracted by itself to carry out the purposes set forth herein.

Any person who can be identified directly or indirectly, namely by reference to an identification number or one or more specific elements of his / her physical, physiological, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity, shall be considered identifiable.

Marvão Music may collect and process, among others, the following personal information: name, telephone number, e-mail address and postal address.
Marvão Music assumes that the data was supplied by the owner of the same or that it has given authorization for the effect and assumes that the same is true and up to date.

How are your data collected?
Personal data may be collected by the following means:
a) E-mail;
b) Website;
c) Applications for mobile devices;
d) Social networks;
e) In person / on site.

The data collected are processed and stored in a digital way and in strict compliance with personal data protection laws and are stored in a specific database created for this purpose by Marvão Music or the entities contracted by it.

Some personal data collected on the website are mandatory and, in case of lack or insufficiency of these data, Marvão Music may not be able to provide you with the services or information requested. In each specific case, Marvão Music will inform you of the mandatory nature of the provision of the personal data in question.

What is the purpose of the data collected?
Your data is intended to integrate a personal data file that Marvão Music will use exclusively for the following purposes:
a) Accept registrations for the Marvão Festival Orchestra, Marvão Festival Chorus, volunteering activities;

b) Sending newsletters by e-mail to all persons wishing to receive information about the Marvão International Music Festival and any other activities promoted by Marvão Music, free of charge and optional (namely the newsletters called “Friends of the FIMM” and   “Circle of Patrons”);

c) Establish institutional and commercial partnerships with potential partners and other entities whose activities may be relevant in the context of musical organization and programming, including classical music but not exclusively, namely patrons, sponsors and others, national or international.

d) Send commercial proposals related to ticketing offers and the programming of the events promoted by Marvão Music, including the International Music Festival of Marvão and others that might be organized in the future.

With whom are your data shared?
The data collected and held by Marvão Music will not be transmitted or transferred to third parties, under any circumstances, with respect for the duty of confidentiality and the principle of the purpose that led to their collection.

“COOKIES” are small pieces of information that can help identify your browser and which can store information, for example, User settings and preferences.
Marvão Music may store cookies on your device to personalize and facilitate browsing to the maximum, not providing those same cookies references or personal data of the User.

How long are your data stored?
The length of time during which the data is stored and stored varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed.
